The brief

Compiled from what this site actually does, so the drafting starts from the real system rather than from a template.

  1. 01The enquiry and tour request forms: what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and which mailbox receives it.
  2. 02RMS Cloud, the accommodation booking engine, which takes guest and payment details on its own systems.
  3. 03Mailchimp, if any address collected on this site is added to a mailing list, including the unsubscribe path.
  4. 04Google Analytics 4, including what is measured, IP handling, retention period and how a visitor opts out.
  5. 05Microsoft Clarity, which records session behaviour and therefore needs its own disclosure and masking settings.
